Carol Ann's Carousel

The Carol Ann Carousel was built in 2015 by Cincinnati Parks as part of the construction of Smale Riverfront Park. The signs were inspired by the carousel’s many Cincinnati-themed horses, which were designed by local artists, to explain height requirements for children to ride.
